01

Proposals and payment

A project begins only after SOLVEXA LLC and the client confirm the written scope and we receive the required payment and client materials. Each custom proposal states the fee in U.S. dollars, payment schedule, deliverables, and expected timeline.

02

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate instructions, timely feedback, required access, and materials you have the right to use. You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or prohibited activities. You remain responsible for final review, legal compliance, factual accuracy, and publication decisions.

03

Scope and changes

The confirmed written proposal defines the project. New pages, additional content, substantial rewrites, extra revision rounds, rush delivery, or other added work may require an updated timeline and fee.

04

Intellectual property

After full payment, rights in final approved custom deliverables transfer to the client to the extent stated in the written scope. SOLVEXA LLC retains ownership of pre-existing know-how, systems, methods, reusable components, drafts, and internal tools. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.

05

No performance guarantee

SEO audits, content, and web design support online visibility and communication, but results depend on search engines, competitors, market conditions, implementation, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, sales, or revenue.

06

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, search engines, plugins, analytics, and payment platforms are controlled by third parties. Their availability, policies, reviews, suspensions, or decisions are not controlled by SOLVEXA LLC.

07

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOLVEXA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
